- Size — a revenue test: Your Total Revenue, measured on a consolidated basis for You and all entities You control, equals or exceeds US $1,000,000 in Your most recently completed Fiscal Year
- Status — You are a Government Entity: any national, state, provincial, or local government, governmental agency, department, or instrumentality, any quasi-governmental entity, or any entity owned or controlled by any of the foregoing. A status test, no revenue floor.

A Deployment is one Broker, together with every room and every channel served through it. A Broker is one message-broker endpoint — one host and port that the agent extension and the room client connect to — identified by that endpoint, not by the machine, container, VM or OS instance the software runs on, and not by how many agents, seats, users or rooms hang off it. Non-production does not count: development, test, demonstration and training Deployments are free of charge, and a redundant or fail-over Broker kept up to serve one production Broker counts as that same one Deployment.
These prices restate LICENSE in the repository for a buyer in one screen and add nothing to it; if the two ever disagree, LICENSE is the instrument. Nothing here prices or licenses any third-party message-broker software. Questions and alternative arrangements: .
